How do I make a Purchase?


Shopping with us is easy. Simply find the items that you would like and click on ADD TO BAG. Review your shopping cart. You can use ‘remove’ to delete any items from your Bag.

When you are ready to pay click on ‘Checkout’ and follow the on screen instructions. If you have any problems please email us at [email protected] and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

-How do I find a specific item?

If you know what you are looking for you can enter the shop section of the website where you can search for the product by item category. Throughout the site there is also a SEARCH function, which can be used to enter key words.

-How do I know if an item is in stock? 


All items are in stock unless ‘Sold Out’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping cart, someone else can still buy it until you have fully completed your order.

If you are interested in an item that is Out of Stock please contact us and we can let you know if it will be re-stocked.

-What payment methods are accepted? 


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express debit and credit card payments through PayPal. ***Note you do not need to have a Pay Pal Account to purchase since you will have the option to pay with your choice of credit card.

-Is it safe to use my credit card online at Arm Glamour.com? 


Your personal online security is important to us and we do not hold any credit card information.

-How will I know when you have received my order? 


After you have placed your order you will receive an email confirming that it has been received. This does not mean that your order has been accepted. Only once your credit card details have been approved and your delivery address has been verified, will your order be accepted and shipped. You will receive another email from us confirming your order has been accepted and a third email once your order has been shipped.

-Can I track my order? 


All orders will be shipped by USPS and may or may not require a signature on delivery. A tracking number will be provided upon request.

-Is my personal information kept private? 


Please be assured that all the information you share with us is private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information.
